What PromptBro is

PromptBro is a tool that helps you build structured prompts for AI tools. You answer guided questions — by voice or text — and PromptBro assembles a high-quality prompt you can copy and use in any AI assistant.

PromptBro does not generate content itself beyond the prompt structure. What you do with the prompts you create — and how the AI you paste them into responds — is entirely your responsibility.

Using the service

You must be 13 years of age or older to use PromptBro. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for the prompts you create and for how you use them. PromptBro gives you a tool — what you build with it is on you.

You may not use PromptBro to build prompts intended to cause harm, generate illegal content, harass individuals, or violate the terms of service of any AI platform you use the prompts with. If we become aware of such use, we may suspend your account without notice.

The free tier allows 3 prompts per day, resetting at midnight UTC. This limit exists to keep the service sustainable while it grows. We may adjust this limit in the future — if we reduce it, we will give users reasonable notice.

Our prompts, your content

The prompts PromptBro generates are yours to use freely, for any purpose, commercial or personal. No attribution to PromptBro is required.

We claim no intellectual property ownership over any prompt you create using this tool. You own what you build here.

Availability

PromptBro is provided as-is. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service. The app depends on several third-party services (Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic) and their availability is outside our direct control.

We may change, pause, update, or discontinue features at any time. We will try to communicate significant changes in advance, but we cannot always guarantee notice — especially for urgent fixes or third-party service changes.

We will not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage caused by downtime, feature changes, or service interruptions.

Payments (when applicable)

When paid features are available — such as prompt credit top-ups — all payments are processed securely via Stripe. PromptBro does not store any payment card data.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on prompt credits once they have been added to your account, regardless of whether they have been used.

Prices are shown in EUR (Euros). PromptBro is operated from Germany and transactions are handled accordingly.

Limitation of liability

PromptBro is a solo-operated indie product. We are not liable for how AI tools respond to the prompts you create using this service, nor for any decisions you make — business, personal, or otherwise — based on outputs from any AI tool.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of PromptBro is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. For free tier users, this is zero.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. When we do, the “last updated” date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of PromptBro after an update means you accept the revised terms.

For significant changes, we will make a reasonable effort to notify users — for example by displaying a notice in the app.
